F&I Manager

We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Finance manager/Business manager. We are looking for a dynamic, results oriented, reliable person to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have 2 years finance experience. Harley-Davidson or Powersports experience a plus but not required. If you think you have what it takes, this may be the move you have been waiting for.

You must have Finance experience for this position.

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee and direct the business office operational activities related to providing finance, insurance, and optional products.
  • Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits for the dealership by selling finance, insurance, and optional products to new and used motorcycle customers.
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources.
  • Pro-actively use sales techniques.
  • Set monthly sales objectives and attain goals. Provide with reports, as requested.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient, organized, clean and professional business office.
  • Act as a liaison to all departments on matters concerning Finance and Insurance.
  • Provide supplemental assistance to a sales person in the Motorcycle Sales Department. Work in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service
  • Ensure that the delivery of any new or used motorcycle is an “EVENT” that will endear customer to the dealership.
  • Be able to handle customer complaints quickly and courteously, demonstrating empathy, a positive attitude, and our commitment to “making things right”.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the dealership’s philosophy of quality service to all customers and act as a role model to other dealership employees.

Motorcycle Sales Associate - Fit Specialist

Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Markets Harley-Davidson® products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking data and metrics; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning events; maintaining databases; preparing reports. 

Marketing Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Assets:
