We are looking for a full-time certified technician. This is an amazing opportunity to join the legendary Harley-Davidson® brand. You’ll need to repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both customer and dealer owned motorcycles as close to the allotted time schedule as possible with excellent quality. We have a family type atmosphere with experienced staff in a fun working environment.

 About you: 

-    Service and Repair Motorcycles efficiently and with customer safety in mind. 

-    Practice Factory and Dealership repair guidelines ensuring the highest quality work. 

-    Support the efforts of your teammates to ensure everyone's success 

-    Completion of a factory authorized formal training program, or BCIT or equivalent technical training or equivalent professional work experience.

 -    Motorcycle riding experience 

-    A genuine interest in motorcycling Job requirements: Service technicians need both basic and special tools to properly diagnose and service our products. All service Technicians are required to own a set of tools.

 Responsibilities and duties: 

-    Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, motorcycle service to (internal and external) customers 

-    Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible. Continually improve this “efficiency” skill. 

-    Maintain productivity (time spent working on billable jobs) as close to 100% as possible. 

-    Accept work assignments from Service consultant/manager -    Requests parts for the job as early as possible when needs become known. 

-    Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance to factory specifications. 

-    Maintain technical qualification by completing any necessary training programs Physical demands: 

-    The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

We are looking for a full-time experienced service writer. This is an amazing opportunity to join the legendary Harley-Davidson® brand. You’ll need to intake customer vehicles, meet service needs, schedule work, assign jobs to service technicians and communicates job status to customer. We have a family type atmosphere with experienced staff in a fun working environment.

 Commitments: 

- Treat all employees and customers fairly, courteously and with dignity. 

- Model superior customer service behavior for all interactions with customer and employees 

- Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling 

- Maintain up to date technical qualification by completing all training programs assigned to you.

 Responsibilities and Duties: 

- Assist Service department manager in maintaining a smooth-running efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction. 

- Clearly describe the problems on the repair order. 

- Estimate costs and completion times at point of sale. Clearly communicate them to customer.

- Assign jobs to technicians based on skill level and current resource utilization. - Review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness. 

- Occasionally assist technicians when they are having difficulty performing service work. 

- Determine correct part numbers on repair orders and assist the parts department with picking and posting of parts before job starts. - Perform cashier functions, as needed.

 - Open & close all customer paid, warranty, and internal repair orders. - Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of warranty items, including and proper storage of these items. 

- Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for service and parts management 

Qualifications & Job Requirements 

- Superior communication and customer service skills.

 - Ability to get along with a broad customer base. 

- Knowledge and experience with servicing Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.

 - Experience with point-of-sale and Parts and Service management computer software or the ability to quickly learn due to general knowledge and experience with computers. 

Physical Demands 

- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. 

- Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and handle tools.
